  Service and food wait are both very slow.
  Booked a table for my sons christening meal and there was no record of booking even tho I had confirmation email, service was rubbish. We waited an hour for food 3 people got there and it was cold so had to be sent back. When rest of the food was ready people where only just being told they didn't have what they ordered so had to re order. After waiting 1 and half hours we left without eating. Was rang by manager to offer apology and to be told I would get voucher for 10% Off which I never received.
  Returned again since to give it a try just 2 people service and food wait still very slow. Table next to us complained about food and wait also. When we finally got food it was poor quality

  Came today no one in the pub butit took 45for 2 scampi and chips to come even the waitresses kept avoiding us then said they never had our order so we waited over an hour for food which was nice and hot no lemon lemon on it , we even went up and got our own drinks off the bar as no one came out to give it us , think they must of been having and off day .
